The TKR-Newsletter is maintained by the Administrative Law Section at the Institute for Information, Telecommunications and Media Law, University of Münster (Germany), a partner in the IJCLP project.The TKR-Newsletter is a free publication that is distributed by a Listserv^® electronic mailing list. As an international service based in Germany, most of its material is published in English and German. The TKR-Newsletter covers current Communications Law and Policy events with information gathered from the EU-Commission ("Quicklinks"), members of the Institute ("Communications News") and other contributors. Also, every relevant changes to the IJCLP website will be announced via the TKR-Newsletter.
