Shaun is a J. D. candidate the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, expected graduation May, 2001. He is Managing Editor of the Dickinson Journal of International Law, and holds the Baxter Prize from that journal. Shaun is also a legal intern with the Enforcement Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission. He formerly worked in the marketing and circulation operations of Rodale Press for six years, directing book and magazine marketing through all media. Shaun also worked for TimeWarner for two years marketing cable television services. His article "The Direct Marketing Model and Virtual Identity: Why the United States Should Not Create Legislative Controls on the Use of Online Consumer Data" will appear in Volume 18, No. 3 of the Dickinson Journal of International Law. Shaun holds a B.A. in Broadcast/Cable from the Pennsylvania State University.
