Dear readers and authors,

 After a brief period of reorganizing the journal's resources, we are glad to announce the appointment of Dr. Slavka Antonova as the new Chief Editor of the IJCLP. Dr. Antonova is a researcher in the field of global Internet governance and she has been on the IJCLP Editorial Board since March 2008 as Book Review Editor. Currently, Slavka is Associate Professor in Communication at the University of North Dakota, USA, where she teaches Communication Law and Ethics. She is Vice-Chair of the Law Section, International Association for Media and Communication Research, and member of the Global Internet Governance Academic Network (GigaNet).  In addition, Dr. Antonova brings to the journal years of experience as a professional journalist and a newspaper and magazine editor-in-chief.

 Under the new leadership, the IJCLP is excited to announce it is resuming the acceptance of submissions.
